Who am I? What am I? Where can I get one?

I was at the Columbus, Oh pet expo a few years back and ran into this chicken. I want to know if its a guy or a girl and what the breed is. I thought it was so funny looking and pretty at the same time. (I wouldn't have kept the pic all this time if I didn't like it so much

) I would love to get one like it or similar.

Thanks guys, now I know what HE is. What would the lady's look like? Any thing like him? I want eggs and lots of them

Are they good layers? Or are they really just good looking? Last question

... Where could I find one or two maybe four?

I think polish are supposed to be pretty good layers, but they do lay small eggs, I have one in my incubator now, and the egg is Silkie size. You can get them from hatchery's but they will most likely not be as pretty as the one you saw, as the one you saw is a show bird. If you want show quality you will need to go through a breeder.
