Caught one of my biggest bass ever yesterday. 3 pounds.

I am jelious! I live in the blasted country where there are no Bass. I went White Fish fishing and caught a 15 lbs one that snapped my line

I finally did a catch and cook with some largemouth bass. It was delicious. My parents dropped me off specifically to catch something for my dinner while they did errands and it started out raining and I didn’t catch anything at first but as soon as the rain cleared I caught this little oneView attachment 1504565it was small but just big enough to keep. I kept it alive on a stringer in the water and I’m glad I did cause I caught this 2 pounder just as my parents pulled upView attachment 1504568It was delicious and had a crawfish in its stomach(I didn’t even know they were in pond x!)

Recipe for Caden’s world famous crispy bass:
Catch a largemouth bass(they don’t sell them in supermarkets)

Fillet the bass(YouTube if you don’t know how)
Skin the fillets and cut small thin chunks
Clean the chunks thoroughly
Mix two fresh eggs in a bowl
Soak chunks on each side in egg for 1-2 minutes
Pour Kellogg’s corn flake crumbs about two inches deep in the bottom of a freezer ziplock
Put soaked chunks into bag with crumbs
Shake and press the bag thoroughly until evenly and heavily coated

heat up oil in a non stick pan, when oil is hot put pieces in.
Cook until thoroughly crispy on each side

(Note:Salt heavily while hot)

Went fishing yesterday. Only took my walleye/pike gear turned out that the perch where biting so i caught nothing in like 5 hours. But found an old bait casting reel at the local store there for a dollar.

Caught my first smallmouth ever this weekend in Maine. On my first cast. 38 of them total. All the same size though

hoping to get some fishing in this weekend,

going to my family's farm, to set up a hunting camp this coming weekend with friends and family, but the lake there has fish in it, no idea what but am going to/hoping to throw in a line while sitting there for ducks to shoot lol.
