They were running a special with no sign up fees...not sure if they still are or not. I think it's worth it, the online tools are sooo helpful and easy.
ok so last night i made homemade chicken & dumplings i made the dumpling out of flour 2eggs and maybe a cup er so of flour & so,1 salt what in the world would the exchange be for something like this!?
Lost 2 lbs last week, I was a little discouraged would have liked to have lost more, but I'll take it, slow and steady wins the race.
Last night I splurged and sent DH for Dairy Queen, luckily I had a few points on my daily left, and plenty of the weekly to cover it. It's so hard to break old habits
I saw the cake recipe here. I do mine a bit differently, I make our cakes with a diet soda in place of the oil & egg I use ff cool whip for frosting it's 3 pts for a serving.

Don't get discouraged. If you loose one to two lbs a week on this program.....you are doing great. Yes. We all would LOVE for the weight to just melt off and us to be skinny again in one week. But that's not what happens.
I made the 19 week commitment in hopes to get down to 160. That is more than what the 20 lbs they have set for me but I will try.
Hi everybody! I am not on weight watchers but am trying to lose weight. My youngest son will be 2 in August so the "baby weight" excuse is starting to run thin
For those who are dissappointed at "only" a 2 lb weight loss, Look at two sticks of butter next time you are in the grocery store.
I started this weight loss by doing the atkins diet, I lost 13lbs in two weeks and wasn't amazed until I piled up 13 sticks of butter.
It helps to visualize it in that way(for me anyways)!
I was really surprised that I lost 3lbs this week! I was just praying I wold break even! I had a lot of food (although not terribly fatty stuff, lots of sushi etc) and alchohol (sooo many points!) but hey I'm not complaining!
