Who is getting eggs?

There is now a crack in the egg. It is about 1" long. It starts from the original pip.

Ok, ther 2 eggs cracked but not pipped from the inside. The egg is cracked from the inside but there is not a hole yet. I picked up the egg and there is pecking from the inside but no hole yet! I am afraid they will run out of oxygen! I know better then to help them! All I need to know is this noirmal?

Cracks can be normal but you got to keep that bator closed, you are in lockdown and you do not want them to shrink wrap, keep your lid closed and sit on your hands if you have to

You also have to make sure you put them eggs back the exact position you picked them up, if you put them back wrong the chick might not be able to push out , just sayen.

With egg cracked can they breath? Are they getting any oxygen? I hate this waiting. They have not broken the membrane yet. I have a hatcher that is clear so I can see them.

yes they can breath unless they shrink wrap then they run out of room.

We all hate waiting but it is part of the learning curve, hang in there.
