Who is my Rooster… Picture Heavy

I know, but where are these fertile looking eggs coming from one of them has to be a Roo. Here are today's eggs that we ate. All from yesterday.

Hm that is pretty bizarre. All those eggs are definitely fertile... Maybe you have a rooster that is a really late bloomer or just has a slightly lower level of testosterone? Maybe that's why there's no crowing either.. I'm not familiar with naked necks or silkies but the rest all look really feminine..

Thanks, I'm going insane here.

I guess I need to get an incubator to see if I can hatch some out. Before the little bugger starts crowing, because then he will have to go. I'm not zoned for Roosters, and I'm so very sad knowing that one is going to have to go.

Gotta say I'm stumped also. It's got to be one of those silkies, I don't even try to sex them. I guess you could either incubate a few eggs, or pull the silkies out and see if the fertility goes away. Then again, if you incubate eggs, chances are you're going to get more roosters

You have a beautiful mixed flock, by the way! I'll bet they're so pretty to watch, all the different colors.

Thanks, I love my flock of 17 girls, and the mystery boy. All started last March with a group of chicks we pulled out of a trash can. And of course they were all Roosters besides the one little bantam cochin that I still have. Since then I've gotten several off here from our Local Thread. And of course I've re-homed my fair share of Roosters. But I was 100% positive they were all pullets, until the I started getting those eggs. Its driving me mad that I don't know who it is outside.

Here is most of my group.

First photos of brown naked neck one at top looks cockerel-ish to me. What breed is that? Why has it got no neck feathers?
Red flush comb, fleshy comb and wattles, tall upright chest, narrow back...mischievous look in his eyes...

Looking again, I'd confidently say, keep brown/red one (with naked neck) away from hens for 2 days and see if the eggs have dots then. I watch my cockerel a lot, his mannerisms/face shape, they have a certain look...pretty sure he's the smooth move
