I have a Silkie who pipped before we left for work... it's my first egg carton hatch (last time I almost threw up thank you pregnancy). So I'm nervous. It was also a shipped egg...

I have three cortunix pipping right now, one of them out of a huge egg. Its day 16 and those are my first quail so i am really psyched.

OK Miss Prissy... here you go. They were really active when I tried to take photos, so some are a little blurry... they're fast! LOL!

And my 2 week old Bobwhites...

I got a couple of mixes, and a couple of Texas A&Ms in the group...

I have one blue orp chick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seems to have some white feathers running down the neck and chest? Hard to see it as it isn't out as yet but I do see white feathers???

This is amazing now if it will only live!!!
edited to add: by the way this was a perfectly clean hatch. so far I love the egg carton method.
