I am so excited

I posted the other day on emergencys that I had brought in a bunch of my tiny eggs that I was sure couldn't be fertle due to the hens that had been with a rooster (I thought) was laying xtra large eggs. I tried candling them and of course couldn't really see anything. (I'm a new owner and don't know what I'm doing anyway).
So I decided to go away and crack one and double check before putting them in the fridge. There was a baby chick in there
. I quickly put the eggs back but didn't know if they would hatch or not since I had them out 20-30 minutes and know I didn't put them back the right way. Well was out there and when mommy hen, She has everyones eggs about 15-20 now (I leave them ALL alone) I can hear them TAP TAP TAPPING.
I AM SO EXCITED.
I'm going to be a mommy, or grandmommy or chicken grandmommy or something.
Do I need to make a little ramp up to the nest for the baby chickens to walk up to the nest? It will be to far for them to walk up and down to. My daughter made the nesting box for the big hens and these eggs are the xtra tiny ones that I'm sure are my little silkies laid. I will have to take pictures and see if I have a rooster hanging out pretending to be a hen.
How long does it take for them to break out, should I help them, I noticed that one of the silkies did try and peck at the eggs when the hen was off the nest thats how I found out. The hen just blows up in a big ball of feathers when I get near but she is so funny as I can still pet her.
