Looks like a hoax to me. While the name can potentially be real, the combination Mitsuyuki Ikeda (Meatsoyucky Ikidya) doesn't turn up anything other than links to the same video. Neither does Okayama Laboratory. The "s--t burger" bag and the use of the word "exploder" to describe some supposed lab equipment makes me think that people have been had. Most likely by a scientist. A really awesome scientist. Or at least, that is who I'm going to picture pushing up their glasses in glee. X
