Not me! I had already made one Christmas tin water heater that I set my metal waterer on. It was clear and no ice this morning at 28 degrees. Then today I made another one for my big plastic waterer. I also lined the walls of the run below the tarp that covers the top with heavy duty plastic to block the cold winds. I found an outdoor outlet at Lowes that has a photo electric eye. It will turn on at dusk and you can program it to stay on for 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours after dusk. I have my light inside the coop hooked up to it and my 2 christmas tin water heaters are hooked up to a thermo cube, it turns on when the temperature drops below...I forgot, maybe 40 degrees? So, my chickens and I are set for the coming cold weather! I even got 2 60 watt bulbs to replace the 40 watt bulbs if it gets really really cold! I am quite proud of myself! However...I didn't get any decorating done inside the house or outside, still have piles of lights on the porch and the living room floor, and the empty boxes that the balls and stuff on the tree came out of...so all I have accomplished so far is the tree...oh well, DH is off the next 6 days and he said he would take care of it. But my chickens are happy!
