All very valid points
For me, I was previously married to a personnal trainer/body builder. My life was all consummed with that life style. Since my divorce from him-I now find my self 10 years later fat and pretty happy. I just can't get my self to get back into the swing of things- I am now 45 going on 46 and find that I have that yucky belly fat right out in front. Never had it before, do now and It's not going away. The "treatment effects" are a good way to keep my fat grams honest. I plan on only using Alii to jump start things. Once I see some progress I know my self well enough by now to know that I can stop Alii and continue without it. I am taking on the process of starting my 45 thousand mile tune up.
I opened the box today and read the material. Looks okay to me. I am not afraid of the "treatment effects". What cool is you go online and enter your code they give you in the box and you get all of this support, ie...online meal plans, support emails and reminders, online journal, calculates your BMI, etc. Very much like Weight Watchers Online but it's free with the purchase of the starter pack- just enter your code. I have set my plan to begin low fat eating next Tuesday, and beging the Alii next Sat. It's recommended to start that way....keep you posted..........
edited to say; I could take a placebo but would I get sick if I ate to much fat? No. Alii could be a good way to "teach a lesson"............All I know is I have tried WW ....I do okay for awhile and fall off the wagon again. I get tired of the women in the meetings asking the coach If one cup of strawberries could be sliced v. whole because they can pack more in the cup......these women obsess over food. I've tried on my own many times to start eating right but I love food, I am a good cook and I go back for seconds, I rarely eat fast food. If the threat of pooing my pants for a while keeps my fat gram honest then so be it. Just like I don't like to take pills for pain but if it makes the pain go away then so be it......
