thanks both of you. They were shipped eggs and all made it to the bator had a good chance of 100% hatch on shipped eggs which doesnt happen often.

Well we are "patiently"(haha yeah right!

) waiting for some Parakeet eggs to hatch. They should be hatching pretty soon! They closer hatch day(s) get, the more anxious we get!
Come on Carla! Hatch those eggs out!

(Carla is the mother Parakeet...it's he first time)

Update: We are up to 6 chicks with 3 more active and a couple pips. Have 25 eggs total in there.

Ok the first little bantam Jap has been the cheerleader for the rest of the eggs. She has been going to all the eggs and peeps like crazy, #2 finally zipped and is starting to dry and now a showgirl has pipped and starting to zip!!!!!
