My 1588 was full, until I candled last night and threw out 5 eggs.

I have 7 Peafowl eggs, 6 Olive Eggers, 15 EE x Game, and 40-50 Buff Orpington, and 3 tiny bantam eggs and 1 "fart" egg..just for fun in my GQF Sportsman. Then in the Hova-Bator ( 1588 ) I have 16 Lf Lavender Ams, 8 Olive Eggers, and Domiques, Giant Black Cochins, and Easter Eggers. Then in my Brinsea I have 3 eggs ( one is hatching ) that my broody hens were setting on but left the nest so I've been hatching them out and giving them back..most of them!

I have 4 Broody hens, and all their chicks together makes around 30 broody babies, and then another 30+ chicks that I hatched out.

Then I have 3 broodies ( 4 but one doesn't have any eggs..yet

) all three of them have eggs, two are setting on who knows how many, one hen I've been unable to find her nest, but I know she has one. The other hen is a BO and is setting on around 5+ BO eggs and 2 green eggs and a bantam egg that was too cute not to incubate!

Then the 3rd hen is setting under the broody hutch and I can't get under there to find out how many eggs she is setting on.

I'm stalking the hatching eggs section so I'm sure it won't be too long before I have more eggs coming in the mail! lol

My 1588 is full of mostly shipped eggs. Then I needed to hatch eggs for open house so I had to buy one for the classroom and filled it. The problem is, this is only my 2nd and 3rd hatch. I think I might have a problem.....

Yep, mines full.. 18 dozen large chicken eggs, a few quail and chukars to fill the empty spots..

I'm trying to find a place to put a big redwood incubator I've found cheap.. My wife would kill me if I did get it though. It holds 20,000 chicken eggs, measures 7' high, 9' long and can't remember how deep. I'd have to try and fill it up at least once just to say I did..
