Why are my chicks not growing there 6 months

They will, they are just not supposed to be all that big because they are made to lay eggs, not to be butchered.

I do not kill or harm my chickens they are meant for pets and eggs. They also live out there lives.

We aren't saying you do. Just that they're not designed to be butchered so they won't be large birds

But can you please help me why there combs are pinker than my adult hens and why they are not laying.

Well, RIR in general I think are some meatier layers. Welsummers are just big in general, and IDK about EEs.

Breed genetics. EEs are mutts (so who knows what breeds are in each one) and RIRs are a larger bird. Not sure about Welsummers though

They look just fine to me. They will lay when they are ready. Just like periods - not everyone starts at the same time. You start when you're ready.

Since spring is coming and the days are getting longer, they will probably start laying fairly soon. Daylength is really important to chickens.

Yeah but there comb is pinker than my adults and there a little small.
