Oh ok, idk what you could do besides what I told you. If that doesn’t work maybe build him a new pen and get some new ladies for him. Every time you reintroduce its gonna be the same thing again.
Do it once and let them work it out. If it gets bad and someone's gonna get serious injuries remove for good because it will never work.
Holding hands through a fence for a week is not needed IMO.
