Why are My white rocks legs fat at 8 weeks

I'm not that experienced with meat birds, but that bird does look big for 8 weeks. Do you have pics from when they were younger? Also, I missed the RIR hen. She may be giving you eggs.

Or the splash orp.

As @TheOddOneOut said, I'd LOVE to see more pics of your chickens, especially the beautiful splash orpington in your profile picture. Do you have her separate? 2 boys to two hens probably isn't the best ratio. Do you have more birds?

Many places that sell chicks mix them up. I wanted some Brown Leghorns. I saw some as the tank was marked so I bought some. They turned out to be Partridge Rocks. As chicks they do look similar. Good luck...
