Why are the ears/cheeks so swollen? the eyes are also not wide open

It sounds like a common respiratory infection, perhaps Mycoplasma gallisepticum. It's usually treated with the antibiotic Tylosin.

I still believe she's feeling miserable from a respiratory infection. Try to find a vet that will help you get some Tylosin for her. It comes in a powder you add to the drinking water.

I am giving injectable combination of Tylosin and Gentacin. Is that fine? The tylosin that I have whenever i give the chicken a shot, the next day, it is dead!

No, it is alive the place i inject is the breast and i mentioned that the chicken dies when i give it tylosin ONLY in injectable.

The genta tylosin never kills the chicken.

Should i give oral cefixime?
