Everything looked "normal". At least, it looked like what I expected it to. I've never done an eggtopsy before. The liquid levels seemed fine and the membranes seemed okay too.

I didn't track the growth of the air cells. I actually don't know what that is/know what it means.

The humidity was 50-60% the first 17 days and 60-70% the last days, and during hatching it was 65-75%. The temperature stayed between 99.5 Degrees F and 100.5 Degrees.

The turning was automatic. The temperature and the humidity were both tracked the built-in ones. I didn't put any extra thermometers/hydrometers in.

There shouldn't have been much liquid, or really any at all, just a bit damp. Did it seem 'wet' in there or was there liquid that came out when you cracked the eggs open? I ask because it sounds like your humidity may have been too high. It's important to track air cell growth or weigh the eggs to make sure they are losing enough moisture. For my area, 30% humidity works best. Higher than that, and there is too much liquid in the egg at hatch and they don't make it. The best humidity level to use will vary from place to place.

@WVduckchick has a very good article concerning this here.

You should really think about getting an independent thermometer and hygrometer and calibrating both before hatching again.

Foam incubator are notorious for having incorrect readings on the temp and humidity. I have the same bator and it's digital readings are off by about 10% on humidity and 2°F on temp.
With my independent thermometers and hygrometers I was able to set the parameters I needed to hatch the eggs.

From the temps and % RH you posted, I suspect the humidity was too high throughout the incubation period.
