Why Do I, The Silkie NON-Lover, Have a Broody Silkie?

Sigh. That's so not a Silkie broody. That Swilkie isn't doing the Broody Pancake (tm), so it's nothing close to a Silkie.

Sheesh.

Hm very funny! So why is it I have bunches of silkies and have only ever had one of them go broody?

I doubt very much that she'd will be a good mother. She's too easily shaken and probably would be horribly attracted to dust bunnies.

The noble Ms. Swilkie was brutally attacked and killed earlier this evening. Poor girl fought valiantly, but lost her battle with a 5 pound tabby tigress. It was not a pretty scene. She will be remembered with great affection and respect.

But her legacy lives on! There was another 20 pound tiger standing by, and he has happily chosen to finish the task for Swilkie! Three cheers for our hero Woodrow, who is making the ultimate sacrifice of his dignity and masculinity, to continue the brooding of these precious eggs!
