Why do most hatcheries only sell bantams in St Run?

I've only ever seen Bantams being sold as St Run or Male, why no Pullets? Are they harder to sex or is there just not that much demand for them?

That sucks, I know if I got ST Run I'd end up with mostly roos.

Besides size, is there any difference between standard and bantam eggs? Are the shell's thinner?

I think egg shells should be consistent between the two. Pullet eggs have thicker shells. Old hens have thinner shells. Bantam eggs should follow that trait. Bantams are smaller versions of LF.
