Why is my 2 year old hen laying small eggs

My hen lays a small egg every week why they have laying pellets,scratch,and oyster shells help

When you crack these eggs is there a yoke or is it mostly white with small pieces of tissue? In an established layer these eggs generally form when small pieces of tissue shed from the reproductive tract and an egg forms around them because the body detects those pieces and thinks it's a yolk.

Is this same bird producing normal eggs the rest of the week or as this the only egg that this hen produces each week

Curious if this bird is just coming back into lay after molting and winter break?
