It looks like they are trying to mate. It might sound silly but 2 summers ago when I had to many drakes the drakes would also try to mate with eachother. This is my khaki campbell (hen) and rouen on top (drake)

I wondered this as the khakis and golden have definitely simulated mating even though they are all girls. This seems more aggressive than that though.It looks like they are trying to mate. I just watched the who video and it looks like what 2 of my drakes would do except my ducks would do worse. The pekin would pull on the back/neck of my rouen (like your muscovy) and the rouen would try to run but ended up getting feathers ripped out. They never really liked eachother but it got worse over spring. It got to the point where My rouen had no feathers left on his neck and i had to separate them which left me having to re-home them because it was a lot of work. As the others are saying- I think she decided to be the dominant duck and I also recommend separating her for bit.I wondered this as the khakis and golden have definitely simulated mating even though they are all girls.
