Why is this? (pics)

I have 2 NHR pullets that are the exact same age, and one has a larger, redder comb and wattles. It just means one is maturing faster than the other

I think she's a pullet too.

Mine are all developing at different rates too. And laying eggs! They'll look more similar the closer they get to 1 year old. Could be hormonal, could be different blood lines. Who knows.
 
I had two chickens at work (they looked like RIR but were more brown and had black tips on thier tail feathers, so they might have been a little mixed) but one had a bigger comb and waddles and the other one had hardly any comb or wattles. both started laying eggs at the same time, on the same day! which was last Friday.
 
My girls look the same way yours do. U should see the one her comb is huge!!! Im talking like 3 inches off the top of her head, everyone says shes a roo, but shes not. The other girls are normal. I should post a picture of her, ull be blown away.
