Why isn’t Cockerel stopping hens from fighting?

Don't pay any attention to me, I'm still learning. 😉 But with better pictures I can learn from the more experienced folks here. Don't panic, it could well be a pullet at point of lay, but we'll find out!

How old are the birds pictured? The 2 red and the barred. I am seeing male feathering too at that angle. Better pics and age would help.
The 2 red ones are about 4.2 months and the barred is about 6 to 7 months

Hey, guys I have a question about my cockerel. He is kinda shy and doesn’t attack me which is good but I’ve noticed that when the pullets are fighting he doesn’t stop it. It gets pretty intense sometimes so I have to intervene. Is it because he’s to young?
He is just to young, he'll get there don't worry. :)

The black and white one I just posted has been pecking the hens no stop, I assume it’s because she at the top of the pecking order.
