Why would eggs get smaller?

My April pullets were laying good size eggs. However, now at times they are very small compared to what they used to lay. Some days they are big, others they are small!

Are feed and water consistent?

oh yes...treats (like normal), lots of love, free range sometimes.

just cannot figure it out!!!
