Wicked Snow Storm...

So sorry! :hugs the ducks look happy, but that rooster! He looks very disgruntled. :hugs hopefully it clears up soon and you can get the run fixed!

You could wrap blankets or towels around your fish tanks. That could help keep the heat in the water. I know how you feel, my family farm in PA got hit with a snowstorm last week. 96 hours without power and 300 head of cattle to feed and milk! We went through quite a few generators. Good luck to you!

He wants to be with the girls. It's going to be a little bit before the run is fixed. Weather is going to be pretty cold here the next week.

I have to come up with one more crate do I can connect everything and they can be together. I just threw it together to get them to safety.

There are two roosters, they spend the mornings talking to each other. It sounds like a zoo in my house.

Ok, power is back on. The first thing I did was fill up the bathtub for the ducks

They were beyond excited

so I moved Prince with the younger girls for now. They seem happier together. It's a 4x5 area, so not a lot of room, but they seem happy. I got to expand and get some roosts for them. I'm done for today. I put cardboard in there because the plastic was not holding. During that process I had chickens escape, they all went by Prince, that made up my mind to put them together. The two older girls are fighting over a corner to lay an egg. I put what I thought would be a good nest boxes in there and both sets flipped them:he

I put Christmas music on for them :celebrate
