Yes we all thought 2020 was bad, 2021 isn't winning any awards either! Thanks, it means a lot to have so much support. Who knew 2021 could get much worse lol. But I never thought I would say this, I am relieved to be in lockdown because as much as I hate it and it annoys the crap out of me I can be here with him and keep and eye on him, monitor him.
thanks, we will be. We very much are in a positive mindset and we hope that’ll rub off on Wilbur.
He is the biggest sook lol. We bought him a comfortable new pillow today, it’s so soft! I even lay down on it lol.Yes we all thought 2020 was bad, 2021 isn't winning any awards either!
They say with humans the ones with more family support and constant attention can heal faster and completely, so lockdown is a good thing right now, more time with Wilbur! And he will appreciate the love too, he wants to stay alive to be with you!
Awww....what a sweetheart. He is the biggest sook lol. We bought him a comfortable new pillow today, it’s so soft! I even lay down on it lol.
He’s had a big few days and lost more weight but being away from home can’t have helped much either. Every time we have taken him to the vet he has always lost weight simply from the anxiety.

It really is the most comfortable pillow. Actually we have done a lot of research into dietary treatments for cancer and found that by cutting sugar out it essentially starves cancer to death because it feeds on the sugars. We have decided that by cooking chicken mince for him that way it’s healthy, nutritious, he will be getting protein and fats without the sugars that the cancer will grow on.Awww....what a sweetheart. That pillow looks awful comfy! I am not sure this is good for him, but is there any human food he might eat to keep weight on? Last year we lost our Maltese to Congestive Heart Failure and near his end he was too sick to eat much of his food. But there were a few human foods he went crazy for and he was able to get some sustenance.
Give him a hug for me!![]()
I have heard that about sugar and how it feeds cancer. Well this is a wonderful approach, I sure hope he pulls through, it always tugs on my heart strings when our babies are suffering even when they aren't mine. Keep us posted on his progress! It really is the most comfortable pillow. Thanks, I have spent the last two days researching the cancer types and ways to treat them and extend their lives, surprisingly diet changes around for a lot of it. That’s another reason we are changing his diet and we will try our best to get him through this.I have heard that about sugar and how it feeds cancer. You are a wonderful dog mom. Thanks, I have spent the last two days researching the cancer types and ways to treat them and extend their lives, surprisingly diet changes around for a lot of it. That’s another reason we are changing his diet and we will try our best to get him through this.
I’ll keep you updated, he’s getting Chemo once a week to treat it. Every day a 40-50 minute trip to the city with him, but we don’t mind. If it helps him then whatever we can do is worth it.
