Fantastic! Sounds like he's doing quite well todaySo Wilbur has eaten a lot today, his meatballs covered in cheese he has also drunk a lot of water which is said to be normal. This afternoon he really perked up and began running around and playing ball with me and my dad, such a relief to see him so very happy. He played with us for about 20 minutes which is quite a long time, and then he got tired so he went and lay on his cushion to get some rest. Not before eating some of his cheese covered meatballs (plain chicken half cooked and broccoli mixed in. He wouldn’t eat them straight so we grated some cheese and he ate it down.)
He also had a punnet of raspberries earlier because he is allowed them (they don’t have much sugar and are high in vit c). It’s nice to see him in such high spirits today, whilst his energy may only come in short bursts he needs some credit for being so playful the day after having chemo.
He’s definitely happierFantastic! Sounds like he's doing quite well today

He looks nice and comfy there on his soft pillow in front of the fire.He is the biggest sook lol. We bought him a comfortable new pillow today, it’s so soft! I even lay down on it lol.
He’s had a big few days and lost more weight but being away from home can’t have helped much either. Every time we have taken him to the vet he has always lost weight simply from the anxiety.
