Will A Nurture Right 360 Work For Quail Eggs?

Fascinating!
Longtime 3D designer here, have had some prototype parts printed.
I retired long before 'affordable' printers were common.
It's pretty crazy what you can do nowadays with commercial printers. My neighbor down the road has a business printing costume props for cosplayers, and my brother and cousin in law both have printers and use them for making props and fun toys for their kids.

Have you thought about making a divider for keeping different crosses separated at hatching?
Modeling the dome and heater/fan would be tricky but fun.

... You know, that's a fantastic idea! I didn't even know that would be a thing people might want, but I could have it hook into the turner mechanism and have slots for mesh or something. Hmmm... Going to think it through, but thanks for the idea!

What kind of plastic are you using?
PLA; it's the most common type available and the one I'm most familiar with. It can't withstand high temperatures without deforming, but frankly if people expose their trays to the temperatures which would cause problems (i.e., greater than 100 C) they have much bigger problems on their hands than the tray warping XD

It does sit a little higher, mostly because I wanted to try to avoid any chance of scooting under the eggs. You can also add shelf liner to the bottom if the eggs are riding too low in the tray, which serves the dual purpose of listing the eggs up a little and being in place to give the chicks some traction when they hatch. Hope it works well for you!
I like that it sits higher. I did use shelf liner. Perfect height IMO. :thumbsup
