I just don't understand the lack of communication. We are dealing with live animals here. Stuff can happen. Maybe you lost power and lost an entire cabinet of incubating eggs...maybe a predator killed your stock. Anything can happen. But to promote like they do on Facebook and their website and then have such terrible service and communication. I honestly don't know how they are in business.
 
Update: My refund was issued today in full. I would not recommend doing business with this hatchery. Their communication is horrible and they don't follow through on promises. If they had been reasonable and communicated I would have gladly worked with them. I've dealt with multiple hatcheries and this has been my worst experience. My experience doesn't seem to be unique based on what I've seen either. Just my 2 cents. LBF

I wouldn't call this a hatchery...a backyard breeder.
 
I am in the middle of dealing with these guys now. So far it has been an awful experience. I order 6 Svart Hona chicks from them in the beginning of April. I then sent a follow up email the same day to find out an estimated ship date so I could prepare my brooder. The seller replied that it would be either that week or the following week. 3 weeks later I still had not heard anything. I called, got a full voicemail recording, sent an email, didn’t hear anything back.

I called again the next day and spoke with a gentleman who said that he was shipping as much as he could but he was just extremely busy. He assured me that my order would be sent out on Monday (Yesterday) and that shipping info would be sent out. After I received nothing, I tried to call, once again no answer. I sent a text asking him to please return my call. Never heard anything back yet again, notice the trend?... I called this morning and he once again didn’t answer, but immediately text me saying that he would issue my refund after he finished shipping for the day. Awful experience for me. I see him on facebook shipping and promoting and selling hatching eggs. I would stear clear. Very very very poor service.
Dealing with the same crap as we speak. I paid $45 just for express shipping and so far, it’s way passed that. Lady kept saying she has to talk with “him”. She was more concerned what google had to say about them, than answering my questions. All I want to know is WHEN they will be shipped. My payment has been through and confirmed, bank confirmed payment has been taken, so just send the eggs! Grrr. It’s so annoying. They get an F for customer service. Now, if and when I get them, they best be what I ordered. Fingers crossed everyone. I’ll post if they finally ship.
