Will Duck eggs still hatch?

My one year old Rouen has been sitting on eggs all day until about 2 or 3pm and joins the other ducks to swim and eat at that time. I have no idea what time she gets back on the nest because I shut them in around 6 or 7pm and I don’t see her go directly to the nest. So I’m wondering will the eggs still hatch it seems like a long time to be off of them? She has about 12 eggs and it has been pretty hot here!

The simple answer is yes they can still hatch. How long have there been twelve eggs? How many days has she been sitting part time? Many ducks when they first go broody don't sit 23 hours a day, but later become more committed.
