Will I have to get rid of my male Pekin duck Donald?

Hi there, new to this page, but I need some help...
I just got 3 Pekin ducks in November, Daisy (female), Donald (male) and Dafinee (female) . They are all related and are getting along well. They were born October 20 I think. Anyway, I am worried I will have to give away my male Donald, because my family doesn't want to breed. Do Pekin ducks have a mating season and is there something a can do to stop him mating when he is ready to.

Pekin ducks generally don't go broody or want to hatch.

If you don't want any more ducks don't hatch or let any hens set if they are inclined to. The ducks will mate. It won't cause any problems unless you hens are being over mated, than you may want to separate out the drake for a while to give the girls a break.

Even if you wanted to hatch your eggs, breeding one generation of related birds doesn't generally cause any problems.

You do not have to get rid of your drake. Critters mate because instinct tells them to reproduce. Hormones makes them want to mate as well. It's all a natural process which you can only stop by spaying and neutering, which of course we can't do to ducks, or at least people don't do it generally.
