will my ducks be ok?

I hope your parents understand that the ducklings are live animals who aren’t disposable and do need to be cared for and not made to suffer. Poor things. I understand you’re under your parents’ rules, but do try to find a way to keep them warm or just don’t get more until your whole family is willing to do everything needed to keep young birds warm and safe.

is there anyway they can last until 11am? i can’t wake up every 2 hours

Not when the temps are in the 30's.

11am is really late in the morning.....they NEED attention before then as their water will have frozen or be very cold contributing to hypothermia....if they are even alive enough to try to drink.

Everyone here is saying NO they cannot handle those temps at their age.
Nobody here wants them to suffer and die.
You and your folks are the ONLY ones that CAN do something about it.

Getting up every 2 hours is not fun but may be the only way to save them.

that’s why i’m probably not getting anymore ducks until i have my own house and can take care of them by myself. i already keep my pigeons at my grandparents house but they do not want ducks

i know that, but i’m 14 i can’t just go outside in the middle of the night when my parents told me not too. i’ll probably get grounded and have to get rid of the ducks

Since they are your responsibility, you need to care for those ducklings and not just give up. As an adult it won’t get any easier caring for birds and animals and sometimes you may lose sleep. I would sacrifice this one night and keep them warm by losing some sleep.
