Welp I got antsy and ordered 25 chicks for mid February. Bummed about McMurray being out of Bresse, but excited to try the Nied..niedher...herr...german chicken. I'll have some extras to try and sell off, but it'll be nice to hear the sweet peeps in the brooder again.

I REALLY want to, but it may not work out (parents). If so I'd be getting a silver laced cochin, an EE, and a splash marans from mypetchicken.

I’ve already ordered chicks from Chickens For Backyards for delivery March 1. I’ll be letting a couple of my broody hens hatch some and my Mandarin ducks will hatch their own as well.

I had a great experience this year with Townline but preordered some from Murray McMurray to get a variety in breeds. I ordered 18 and already have 15 so my DH said I had to give some to his mom. She’s my crazy chicken lady partner in crime!

I ordered 3 Salmon Faverolles!!

They were at the top of my wish list so I’m super excited!

Maybe. I will hope my chickens make fertile eggs and hatch. (Mine are babies right now) If not then I will be getting some chicks from local farm store such as TSC.
