Is that what you get when you cross a cow with a chicken?

wonder what type of sound it makes????

bok, bok, moooooo, bok, bok? If it's a rooster, maybe it says mock-a-boodle-mooooo!

I wouldn't be too hard on some of these old boys, their families have been raising dominickers, brahmeys, leggerns, etc. for generations. I would also lay odds they know more about raising chickens than alot of folks that post on this board. Just saying, don't be so quick to judge. They may be a newby with limited knowledge, or maybe not.

Those are the rare, scaled chicken of east Tennessee if I recall.......

I'm still laughing about the man selling chicken coops with 4 roasting boxes inside. WOW! Talk about a chicken's worst nightmare!!

My whole family calls them "Orphingtons," I guess I just leave it be as I'd feel rude to constantly correct them.

There is an ad here for "bread Cows". Now, I've seen milk cows before, but never a bread cow.

Maybe you should ask what variety they are - white, wheat, pumpernickel?
