Our Pekin duck has disfigured wing feathers and a strange discoloration that almost looks like mildew in places. She is not being picked on by the flock. She has access to a pond and has clean, dry bedding. The other ducks look healthy. We initially thought the discoloration might be genetic, but the feather tips just don’t look healthy. Any ideas? Can mites or lice do this?

How often is she using the pond?

Pekins tend to develop poorly conditioned wing feathers because of a lack of exercise and hygienic practices.

Yes, she uses it. They always run to the pond in the morning. All of them swim for about 30 min. I don’t see them throughout the day to know how often she swims after that though.
