Fort awoke. She was feeling sore all over. Getting up to go for a drink, she saw her wing was swollen and a matted mess of blood. "I'd better wash that," she said to herself.
Ignoring the look in the river of her flawless body and the flawless forest, she jumped in and started to bathe...

...What?! Why were there trees in the forest now?! All the chaotic mess of roots and fallen branches... it was gone, The forest looked pristine. I must be seeing things, she thought until she caught sight of her wing. it was clean and uninjured...
