Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

"Chill." Leif said, annoyed, squinting as the SandWing slowly came into view through his throbbing vision. "Oh. That figures." He muttered, lifting his neck slightly, flinching away from her dagger. "Well, I'm cool," he started, slowly lifting his talons as not to surprise the SandWing, and tallying the reasons he should live, "royal, epic. Elite." He paused, then added, "Hot." He flashed a ridiculous grin at the SandWing. He could feel his throat getting colder and colder as he tried to nonchalantly channel in some good 'ol frostbreath.
Resisting the urge to laugh at this ridiculous IceWing, Raptor angled his head away from her, pushing the blade harder against his neck. “Not good enough.” She growled. “And don't even think about using your frostbreath or this dagger’s going to paint the floor blue.”
Wordlessly, Reva left, trotting out of Blackflower's room and down the marble stairs. She made her way down the hall and past the massive guards standing around, dwarfing her instantly, and through the double doors, keeping her head high and her composure relaxed. Reva launched into the sky and headed back to the burning rain forest.

(I can't remember... where are the NightWings now? The lava island place is done, right? And now there over by the Darkstalkers teeth mountain thing? Holy moly I need to read the books again :l)
there here, where the NightWing kingdom used to be. It talked about it in darkstalker.

Aphono walked and walked and walked and walked and walked some more. The forest around him was getting boring, he decided to climb atop a tree to see his surroundings. “Maybe the Webwing lair is close….. no, I’m just being hopeful.” Sure enough He was headed in the right direction but still several days journey away on foot.

Leif pushed himself harder against the wall. "I have a feeling it will either way I choose." He rasped, coughing out the cloud of frostbreath he had been preparing. "What are you doing, SandWing?" He asked, grinning weakly, stalling as he racked his brain for an enchantment he could use to get himself out of here. "Come to murder our Queen I presume? If so, go right ahead," He muttered, lowering his voice to a whisper, "she's about as dumb as a rock. Dumber in fact." Carefully and slowly, Leif crept his tail closer to the SandWing's barbed tip, preparing to block the venomous weapon if she so desired to kill him with it.

Reva flew through the black smoke billowing out over the rainforest. She coughed and her eyes watered as she charged on through the murky smog. Hours passed and she struggled to breath, inhaling soot and ashes from the raging fire below. Finally, Reva came to the RainWing village. The fire was advancing rapidly. She dove into the village, quickly realizing no guards had stopped or even approached her.

(...Can we just skip the part of how it would have probably taken days to fly that far? :/ xD)

"You are half NightWing, just like me. If you want me to prove that I have mind reading, then let me guess what you are thinking."
Lol forgot my last post for deepstar, new one.

Deepstar raised an eyebrow curiously, then sat and folded her wings in. “Ok…..” She said.
A thought popped into her head, sea turtles? No too Seawingy. She wanted to think of the most random thing. She glanced around, seeing a cloud shaped like a tree. “Perfect, he’ll never guess this.”

By flight, it only takes half a day to reach that far. :)

Raptor narrowed her eyes. “Your the most mutinous IceWing I’ve met so far.” She observed, carefully lessening the pressure on Leif’s neck. “And no. I’m not here to kill your queen. Hopefully just sneak past her.
And since you have no apparent care for her safety,” The SandWing said, sheathing her dagger. “then I’ll be continuing on my way.”

With her wary senses drawn to the attention of his movements, she swiftly stepped away from Leif, entering the IceWing queen’s main chambers- evidently empty as she glanced around as though looking for something.

Leif trotted up behind her. "Well, then," he said nodding his head slowly, "yeah, good luck with that." He followed her gaze around the room. "What the heck are you looking for? The room is empty." Leif said, dropping his voice an octave down and rolling his eyes. "But you might want to check that room. Or that one. Or the secret one under the rug." He raised his eye brows looking smug for a moment before adding, "K, fine, there isn't one under the rug, but there is a trap door in the balcony stairwell." Leif nodded above him. Giving the SandWing another smug grin. "I've never been in it. If it wasn't being guarded 24/7, though, I most definitely would. There's gotta be some important treasurey thingers in theeeerrrrre." He hinted, attempting to figure out the SandWing's real reason for coming.
