Thankyou, You know things really do happen for a reason, it is really strange how that works, A Golden Laced Wyandotte Rooster - 7 months old needs a new home and I found him by accident today this lady and I started talking and I saved him from an uncertain future he is picking on her Bannys and he has to go, so I will get him.

Sorry yoy lost your old roo. Happy to hear you got another. Escrow closed on my daughter and her hubby's house after 4 months of looking, buying, houses falling through, etc. My house will be mine in a few more days. I'll miss all the company though and their 5 big dogs but I'll get my quilting room back and have more time to quilt. They move in officially on Friday. I'll be going with them to help unpack and such since my son in law is handicapped and can just barely walk. My daughter's health isn't muc better but with the two grandsons 16 & 17 we'll do just fine. I'll have 10 for Thanksgiving dinner. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Thanks for all of the hugs, Big Red will be missed especially since he was my first Roo, and now the wyandotte will be the man of the yard. Big Red would not let my husband inside his pen, but I had no problems and sometimes he would stand beside me and I would reach down and pet him and he would get this OMG it touched me look and run off. I had him well over a year and knew he was old when he was given to me but I just didn't expect him to be fine one day and gone the next, guess that was good way to go. I pick up this bird thursday. He is supposed to be 7 months.
