I had to learn to spin for my mom, she bought sheep so she could have her own wool for crocheting. I never did get very awesome at it, but I could make sort of varying thickness yarn for her. I got very tired of carding wool and wrapping it.

Huhu Ladies, just want let you know, that I'm still alive and can't wait to have off for Christmas.............hopefully I can finish then my blocks.

I imagine we're all busy right now. I know I am. I made peppermint bark this morning and have to make a mince pie later and a Christmas cake all to take to my daughters on Christmas Day. I hope I don't forget to take the prime rib out of the freezer tomorrow so it's thawed for me to cook on Tuesday when I get to my daughters.

Girl...you are so busy! I will be working on the blocks this Christmas as hubby is working, then we postpone I also hope everyone has good holidays!

Finally figured out what block and fabric. I wanted to use seven different fabrics but it couldn't make them work so now I am using four. I got to get started on them.
