I have eleven done and will be doing the rest this week. We are making 15 right?

I found a wool spinning teacher so I am going to give that a try. The wheels are ridiculously expensive to purchase. Quilting is much more accessible to the beginner.

I spin with a drop spindle I made it for free from two old DVDs and a wooden dowel. I learned to spin from YouTube

Finishing up today. Yeah!

Lovely day today, cool, but sunny. Makes me want to work in the garden since my daffodils are poking through. Bought some gladiola bulbs today but still too cold to plant them. We may get rain/snow tomorrow. I'll take either but will probably be rain

I introduced my new kitty, named Mindy, to my shepherd Sadie yesterday. Go figure! They get along very well. The kitty is used to dogs but I was concerned about Sadie but she did fine..

Yes, we are making 15 blocks. For some reason, I can't edit my first post to correct our number to 15, but there are 15 of us, and we need one for everyone.

I am mailing mine to you tomorrow, well later today!!! yeah one down 2 more to go. well only 4 more blocks to make for the last swap, then on to start on the chicken blocks for the pending chicken block swap.
