Winterizing quail hutch Need advice

Im sorry, here in South Louisiana i dont have alot of experience with freezing weather but i think your feeders and waterers are pretty nice. As long as the feed doesnt get wet (it shouldnt Ever accidently) then the feed shouldnt be any problem. Maybe a layer of pipe insulation would be okay but im not sure if the birds would be able to pick at it. It would be fatal if they ingested the foam type im thinking of.

thanks! I don't care much about the feed mostly the water I'm thinking of using some heat tape.

yea the tall vertical pipe, there is two nipples on them. right now I'm in the degrees of 40 to 60 percent.
4 or 6" dia pipes?
What kind of nipples, horizontal or vertical?...or a pic.

Looks like you'll need a heated waterer....
...or one that can be changed out easily every morning Nov thru Mar:
