Mom and I used to raid the curb alert signs for furniture.... I got a beautiful mid century modern Solid oak chair from a plumber yard... It was sitting in the corner all gray and sad. Mom re upholstered it I sanded it down some and eurathaned it. Came out stunning... even the stains from the old fittings gave it rich ness. Its in my living room at the house now.

I love old furniture I have a cabinet that was in Aberdeen Washington in one of pharmacy in baudy land with cigarettes the labels still in it did not have the heart to deface it

I left the gads of ugly paint thought it sacrilege to take that off I have 2 of @perchie.girl pieces love and wear

got other stuff in the way as well. My grandmother just passed away and she left me as administrator of the trust... Legal stuff money stuff.... Disbursment stuff... have to sell the house.... Thatll be my sons job. Thank goodness its a buyers market...

So If I go home I have to be assured of internet connection or I wont be on line. kind of necessary out in the boonies.... I do have an art studio out there though. But I have to get business done here first. Fall is coming on and i am getting antsy... Havent set foot in my house for more than six years....
