I got the bearings pushed out and the new one in today.. I put the whole thing in the vice under pressure yesterday, Blasted it and left it overnight.. all was loose today.. only took 10 minutes to complete the job..

I'll bet i know what your problem is Ski, the lugs on the blade adapter got sheared off.. I drillen mine out and put bolts in.. I threaded the holes..

I just bought an adpter today.. it was $13.90 including tax..

I priced out those bearings right away too.. $11/ea..
I went to wisc earing and got mine for $9,oo/ea and no waiting for them to order..

If you need V-belts, go to the electrical dept at F&F $7.oo and change for a 48" belt.. compared to $27.oo at the fixit shop..

I have the 970 model..

wow I go to work and find I am behind 5 pages, My youngest just checked the chickens and he found 2 more eggs, one on the ground one in the nest box so a total of 5 eggs so far. Do you guys rinse the eggs before you refrigerate them or do you just put them in without washing them.
