I am ready to strangle DH, he failed to tell me that he didn't do water for the chickens either !!!!
To top it off he put the new bags of corn and chicken feed on one of the porches (chicken coop porch on camper #2) Well, the chickens decided to help themselves and peck three holes in the bag !!! So I got another bag to empty it into and ended splilling it all over the ground. So there goes 50 lbs of corn. Picked alot up and dispersed it amongst the pens. I have corn on hand to tide me over or feed as a night time snack to keep them warm (plus it's cheaper but not at this rate) Hope all of the other critters out their like corn. Oh and Mr Porky the pig decided he likes it too. BUT the books say not to give pigs corn cause they don't digest it very well ?????
So I am defrosting myself then down to do the silkies in the basement !! I do have to admit I called him and gave him a small piece of my mind !!!!!
Missed the mail lady so I didn't get my dvd in the mail
Hope you Westerners can get a bash going !! It sure was fun !!! Hopefully I'll get there earlier next year. Missed some of the people. Btw where has Hurley been ???
Don't know how I am going to be able to leave this place for three days with DH working and having to tend to all the critters !!!! He scares me sometimes !!!! Knew I should have married a younger one, bet he has the same thoughts !!!
