Angiebubs, Delila is going to be broody until she has chicks. She's a dorking and they are stubborn. If I were you, I'd leave her on the nest for a few days and then pop a couple of day old chicks under her. Or, put her in a nest box nobody uses (if you have one) with a few fertile eggs. I can give you some bantam cochin or lavender orpington eggs to use. You will be battling with her all summer if you don't let her have chicks. She's a super broody.
