One more post and then I am calling it quits.. CC , No need to bring your own dishes when you come here.. I only lick the spatula , and the beaters after whipping the cream.. You make me sound uncouth.. I am not a Barbarian ,, I let the dogs lick the plates clean..
I have lavender keets.. wanna do a trade ?
..........jiminwisc........... g'nite
You want to trade with me? You looking to get some lav chicks, Jim?
Hmmm.....more drama at the Heathered Hills? What a shocker. Glad that didn't turn into a fiasco for ya. Good luck on the run. Hope ya don't turn into a pumpkin before the end.
And no spittin' yer seeds.
Kris, I wish you luck finding a friendly banty roo. I've read & heard that banty roos are kinda agressive. Jack used to be one heck of a (pint sized) pistol, now he's too old to do much damage. But he'll give it his best shot.......... Like Bf4, I agree that the lav orp roos are pretty mild mannered, at least mine are. I think BBP had a sassy one awhile back, though. But they are some huge birds, and are anything but quiet.
MuckyPuppy & anyone else I might have missed. Tracing your genealogy sounds fascinating. Sounds like you've found out quite a bit already. Good luck on your search!
Sorry to hear of your troubles, Ghost. I hope it works out ok for all involved.
So glad to hear from you Marg. Stop in more often, will ya?
Dan, you kill me........
Right back atcha, Bigz!
Hope your day was a wonderful one.
Not much new or exciting around here. Chickies & buns are doing good, but I'm sure they'd be better if it would just cool down a little. I am so tired of this nonstop hot, dry weather. Supposedly only 2 more days of it before we get a break, but I'll believe that when I feel it. One of the Moosettes has had enough of sleeping in the coop. Her latest trick is to jump up on a trash can, jump onto the coop roof, walk across to the front and jump down onto the top of the door, which is where she's been sleeping the past 3 nights. Gotta be different.
Well, gotta get to bed. Sweet dreams, all!
