Jim next weekend I hope will work, and I hope it warms up some, boy is she chilly here this am 25 over night my hose is frozen, all the waters are frozen, had to fill jugs of warm water to thaw everything that was out............ guess I better break out the heated water bowls, and drop the tank heater in my horse trough..........Brrrrr.......... Yah I only have 12 roos to butcher, and the youngest could use more time, because they were my last hatch June 26th, but I doubt all the feed in the world will add much now with this cold weather settin in, so those 6 are gonna probably be pretty scrawny......... will see. The others are 22 weeks or over, 2 are 30 weeks. but they are EE's so not huge like the BR/Del crosses.... I like this cross the girls are good layers, nice dark egg almost like the Dels, and aw sum size for butchering, I think even bigger than the Dels. at least they appear to be............ could be wrong, lots of feathers too see through.........
Dora's new house sounds like a big one, we built one like that 8 years ago for Gidget, same size 4x4 2 feet high at the front and 32 at the back sloped shingled roof........it took 4 people to lift the thing to move it......... so best make the spot easy to get into, LOL they get heavy quick.......

Ok now I have a question, this crappo place Straightshots, is gonna screw up Adams unemployment, but we are not even sure if they are gonna pay him for those 3 lousy days, so not sure how to report this, anyone every have to deal with this kinda thing b4, and if he does get paid, I'm quite sure it isn';t gonna be what they said, and it won't be until Nov. 9th if anything, I'm also thinking they are gonna make him pay for the piss test they had done............ so what should we do? anyone know? this is the first time I ever had to deal with this kinda thing and the first time in my life I had to deal with unemployment, same for Adam, he has always worked until last Sept. and has never come across such a screwed up situation. ......Help...........
so anyway gonna go warm up my fingers are still frozen from doing chores..........need more cuppa's..........Kim
