Hi All!

raim.... Good luck on having grandma and the new job, hope it goes well for you and the family.

CS.... Hope it works out well with the house! Is it "chicken friendly"?

MXM...That looks like a big pole barn! I think you may need help filling it! LOL

TO(goatlady13) Wow, sometimes those 2 play all out! Ever think about "capping" those horns for safety? What breed is it? Those are huge horns!

CC... Awwww.... you got to get the bunny and chicks to pose for a pic! Hope she feels better!

DrH... Glad the kitties are making themselves at home! Yep, they like to help! Give Tazz a nice hug for me!

Sooo.... Nobody wanted to make $20 to take home some roosters?

Careful what you ask for applies. cs hope you get your dream house! Getting the insulation removed from the fangs today, gonna make for some real cold ones tonight. Bigz was just thinking about getting back to the woods. The last couple of days the "back" has been pretty much pain free. Good job on the sharing. Got 6 eggs yesterday!

Gotta go.

I do not know which one it is that isn't laying. They all go in there and sit, but only 2 poop an egg!

This is not the time of year for culling non layers. Most chickens need this time to recoop and let the body heal. Some are recovering from molt too. Spring time is the best time for making culling decisions. Cull hard for non producers, egg laying issues, odd shaped eggs, or oviduct problems. It saves time and stress later from egg bound hens.

Considering I look so much younger than I really am.... I win! :p

Actually I forgot we're the same age...

Since I've got one more kid than you, and weigh 60 pounds more than you, you are not Higher in standing than I. I can allow you to be a princess. I can allow you to be a Queen. But Empress is OUT. Don't push me, or else I'll put you in a pool and just watch you suck down pee pee water and laugh

Evening all! Goat people- quick question. Should I be feeding my little fainting goats corn? Right now I am feeding them the same as I feed my mini horse which is baled hay and baled grasses from the marsh. If so is it ok to give them corn silage or do i need to buy corn? Thanks!

This might help you make your decision. I used to raise show goats and milking goats. We only fed grains during milking or kidding. I personally feel a little corn silage will not hurt a thing as long as it is not very much.
