That reminds me of my husband's stories of sliding down the hill on an overturned car hood! lolOK, THIS is my last post for the night..
there were no saucers when we were kids sliding down the hill..
My dad was a furnace installer, and we would take a sheet of his sheet metal and sit on that..
you want to talk about a fast trip down the hill !! OSHA would have shut is down for sure.. there were no safety edges on that "tin" (as we called it).. I don't recollect anybody ever getting cut,,
and more than once, we hooked up a horse to our sleigh, which was the hood off of an old car turned upside down.. what great fun we had..
