Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

I don't believe it !!! I just posted a whole page just for all of you that are following my medical dilemma !!! Poof.... Gone !!!

Long story short !!! For real this time !!! lol

My primary doc's office called to tell me that I needed to have OXYGEN when I sleep because my sleep study report from the second study done two weeks ago said my oxygen levels were between 80-89 part of the time. They should be between 90-100.

So, I called the pulm doc who've I've been seeing at Marshfield clinic in Wausau. His MA said they sent the results to my doctor because the pulm said they were normal and it didn't show the Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome like the first sleep study two months ago !! So he is not pursuing the CPAP !!
Did not recommend the oxygen !!! NOTHING !!

I nearly lost it with her. I said I don't know what to believe now. Plus I have decreased heart function, part of a lung missing, two different diagnoses from two sleep studys and an abnormal pulm function test and he has NOTHING to recommend ???? I was hoping to feel better for the SUMMER and it's half over with. My next appointment isn't until Aug 23rd !!!
She is going to have him look at the study again and she is suppose to call back. This ought to be interesting. He'll no doubt just pase the buck back to the cardiologist.

I give up, then I went to pick up my diabetic test strips in Antigo yesterday.... Inurance won't pay because doc never ordered for me to test twice a day. I had filled the order on June 2, for 90 days, 90 test strips, Now because I've been testing twice a day I need more strips but can't get then until my initial rx is used up at once a day !!!
So basically doc's office screwed up again. Live and learn I guess.. T

Doesn't look like a very productive day around here. ET JUST now went outside........ He gets up in the moring and then goes and sleeps in the recliner !!

Hi all-
I forgot to say how nice that coop is. Beautiful!
Amberflea- yucky but interesting.
I went out to check on the broody girl that I put in her own coop, and she is sitting on the bottom of the coop. Not on the eggs! Darn it. I suppose I broke her. I gave 3 eggs to the one that is still in the main coop. Hopefully these eggs will make it without being broken and eaten first
Waiting for the babysitter to get here. I need to look for a dress for a wedding I have coming up. I aready bought a slinky fun short sequined cocktail dress, but DH doesn't like it. He does however like the sweet as pie lace dress that I bought for the other wedding I have. Go figure. Can't figure this man out!
Have a good night all, looks like some of us might get some rain. I sure hope we do, my garden could use it!

Well I guess that is all I needed to do was to tell my med story and the phone will ring.... It was the pulm doc's offiIce. She said he agreed with my primary doctor. They are ordering me 2 ltrs of oxygen per night. I ask why or what is this from.... Didn't give a reason, cause or ???? Will see him on the 23rd of August and find out I guess. Now if my reg doctor would have just listened to me years ago when I said I don't feel like I'm getting oxygen !!!!! Now I can wait no doubt over the whole weekend to find out when I can get it.. All I want to do is get some energy back other then the energy to just eat and eat and eat !!!

Good afternoon--just having a bit of a snack before heading to Brandon to see my new chicks! I guess they have worn out their welcome at Cuties' place!

How in the world???? I can just imagine that they are teenagers by now and obnoxious and hardly even cute! (maybe I should bring her some more eggs?) LOL!

I got into some shenanigans in that area as a kid...
NO WAY!

Oh he probably likes it just fine....he just wants you to wear it for HIM and not for other guys to look at! We are attending a wedding this weekend too...but I did not go out and get a dress...

Cind I sure wish someone would have taken a video of you and your protectors! Maybe you could have won big money to get all your implements fixed! Isnt it funny how the turkeys like to follow you around? My little ones are doing it already.

Guess I better hop in the car and head out...got a bunch of produce from my friends...NEW POTATOES! Yum...mine are just starting to flower. He lives in the baraboo area...maybe their gardens are further along?

LOL, is the dress too revealing ??? Doesn't want ALL the guys gauking at you !!!! Reminds me, we got invited to a neighbors daughers wedding on Aug 10th. Have to find something to wear. The wedding is at the house and party at the town hall. Last wedding I went to up here I way over dressed... No a dress (cause I won't wear one) but I wore my nicest wedding/funeral clothes and tons of gold jewelry and my diamond earrings!!! Turns out everyone was dressed casually and even wore shorts and sandals, jeans and the whole works. I best find out what to do... Weddings up here aren't what they are down in Racine that is for sure !!
Yes that is a nice coop.

Amber, did you make it home yet, wondering what that thing looks like now... or smells like for that matter. I agree, that could be the uterus or whatever chickens have.
Reminds me of my old, old neighbor lady in Racine. She was telling me about some weird thing (plug your noses) that came out with her poop and got hung up in her bun hole not whole. She had had a colonoscopy done a while back and I think said she was having some stomach pains. She said she had to pull it out of her rectum. It was like the wrapper of a summer sasauge or bologna !!!! She thinks it was the lining of he intestines. I agree, I do too. Of course the doctors dismissed it and never told her what it was. I think they worry about lawsuits. She was just curious...
Now that reminds me of my ex BF's father, also an old man. Fell and broke his elbow so needed a pin put in. MONTHS later he was wearing his sweater and felt something get caught in his sweater sleeve.
He pulled on it and it came out. Had to be a couple inches...Looked like a long needle but I think it was more like a chisel or pin or tool of some sort !!! When he showed it to his doctor they took it away from him with no explanation !!!
Sure wish they would find some of their instruments left behind in me !!!! I could use some extra cash right about now !!! Think I'll go swallow a forceps or something !!

At four thirty, my mom gets up from her nap and we are having a family meeting thing to talk about birthday parties and getting some more chickens. I want to get some more layers because we are now selling eggs to the neighbors, only 3, but still, we only get 5-7 eggs a day. We have some pullets that should start laying within the next couple weeks, but that is only 6 or 7 more hens. I would like to get a good flock of 35 layers. Right now I have 15 layers including the pullets that aren't laying. 6 roos, of which two are still very young chicks. Along with 11 HUGE broilers that have one little guy with them that hatched the same day we got the broilers. He looks like a dwarf. He is maybe a eighth their size but is fine with being the small one. So in all 31 chickens, including broilers that will be gone in two months. Once the broilers are gone, 20 chickens will remain. All I want is another 20 hens to spread the roos out and get more eggs. I mean I have two coops already that are huge, enough to hold 40 chickens each, and not to mention the horse stall that is set up to hold some chicks. I don't think that it is that much to ask. I'll pay for the chicks and the egg money we get can pay for some of the food.

That was just a practice for the actual argument, whew.

Think it will work?

Hey Colton I'm sure you are keeping up with all of the chores so you can always mention that in a sneaky way...... it's teaching you responsibility or should I say has taught you responsibility. The only thing that would be worrysome is the cost of feed for that many chickens. I would definitely con I mean talk your parents into more chickens while they are free ranging and are not nickeling and diming you with the cost of feed these days. Btw, how much do you get by you for a dozen eggs ???
I would think just getting more eggs (couple dozen or more) a day would be a win win for a family your size. Farm Fresh healthy eggs and you know what went into the chickens... and surplus to sell !!! Can't really argue that one. I would be also hinting around for Mom or maybe you can, to make omlets, French toast, lots of baking etc.... to have a use for tons of eggs for just your family. How can they argue that one... Fresh eggs always available !!!
Good Luck !!! Now ShhhhhH, don't want to wake Mom and have her get up on the wrong side of the bed !!! LOL
